Graphic Design Entrance Project - FIDM

When recently applying to the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, I was given a project for the graphic design major.

I chose to create my own company, Flourish Cupcakes, and design all of their packaging and print designs. The next couple of posts are what the finished product came out to be. I had it presented on foam boards, project folders, Power Point and also tangible models of the actual products.

Name standing alone was printed on top of white box.
Bow standing alone was attached to a toothpick and adorned on top of each cupcake, so that the brand could be easily recognized without the box.
The curved polka dot paper was wrapped around a cupcake instead of the traditional cupcake liner.

EXTRA WORK:
A flier to promote the new store openings. Can either be mailed out to local residents, passed out in front of the store with a free sample, or placed in local publications.
